"St Paul's Pre-School aims to provide a quality pre-school curriculum, which will take into account the needs of all the children in our care, and the different stages of their development. A caring environment will be created, by a focused and dedicated team, who will work closely with parents at all times, to ensure that every child
feels special in a Christian environment.”
Our Aims
- To provide a safe and stimulating environment in which children feel happy and secure and parents feel welcome and comfortable.
- To encourage the emotional, social, physical, creative and intellectual development of our children, recognising that all children are different and develop at different rates.
- To develop positive attitudes towards others and to develop self-esteem and confidence.
- To help create confident, eager, enthusiastic and independent learners in preparation for the move to primary education.
Our Ethos
Through our aims we will endeavour to create a happy, caring and secure atmosphere. Children will be encouraged to experience success in all that they do. The pre-school curriculum will be delivered in a stimulating environment whereby a wide range of resources and experiences will be on offer to promote the seven areas of development.
These areas are: Communication and Language; Physical Development; Personal, Social and Emotional Development; Literacy; Mathematics; Understanding the World and Expressive Arts and Design.
